The Susie rug is named after an alias chosen by a Furnishing Futures beneficiary. Every design is paired with a personal reflection from its namesake, sharing how receiving a healing home has helped restore confidence, safety and dignity…

Mother (Susie) - “My experience with the team of designers and their work has been phenomenal. My vision for my dream home has come alive thanks to them and the interior design in the house is absolutely stunning. They managed to incorporate all the aesthetics I liked in a subtle way and made an absolutely beautiful home for me and my children and I am extremely grateful.

The colour schemes and materials were gorgeous and not only did they design the interior beautifully but made sure to include items that we could enjoy such as gardening tools for me and my sons room had decorations of his favorite team which he loved. Everything was considered even down to appliances and hidden storage and bed sheets. The team were also extremely kind especially Emily who guided me through the process and took my ideas into account whilst still managing to keep the end result an amazing surprise. I never expected to be able to live in a home like this with my children and this was my absolute dream come true”
